Everything here is general education about prop-firm costs and rules. It is not investment, trading, tax or legal advice. Futures trading carries substantial risk of loss. See our disclosures.

Provided as is

The site, calculator and newsletter are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Fees and rules change often. Confirm everything on the firm’s own site before you pay.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lighthouse Media, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading, evaluation or fee losses, from using the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.

Our content

The text, data and calculator belong to Lighthouse Media, LLC. You may share links and quote short parts with credit.

You may link to PropFeeCheck, but please don’t embed or frame it on another site.

Reports you send

If you send us a fee report, you confirm it’s accurate to your knowledge and let Lighthouse Media, LLC use, edit and quote its facts (never your name or email) to check, update and publish our data, without payment. We may decline it.

Who can use it

PropFeeDecoder is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the site or subscribe.

The newsletter

We may stop or change the newsletter at any time.

Your responsibility

If you break these terms or misuse the site, you agree to cover Lighthouse Media, LLC’s resulting losses and reasonable legal costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri.

The rest

These terms, with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us. If any part can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
